You configure a data source, sign in through Salesforce OAuth, then connect from Microsoft Access, Excel, Power BI, or another ODBC-compatible application. Your Salesforce admin will need to configure an OAuth app and API permissions.
RecordHarbor is read-only. Use it to browse Salesforce objects, link tables, and build queries and reports. It does not write changes back to Salesforce.
Match the driver to your application's architecture, not just your Windows version. Choose 64-bit for 64-bit Access or Office, and 32-bit for 32-bit Access or Office. In Access, open File → Account → About Access to check.
Monthly and annual subscriptions include up to 10 Salesforce users in one Salesforce organization, the Windows driver, and access to the customer portal for your license, downloads, seat usage, and billing. Contact us for larger teams or other deployment needs.
No. Queries use the connected Salesforce user's access. Salesforce API availability, permissions, and usage limits still apply. Your reporting application can store or export query results, so use your organization's normal data-handling controls.
